We reserve the right to reject orders for reasons like stock shortages, pricing errors, fraud concerns, or compliance issues. Provide accurate email/WhatsApp details at checkout; check these channels within 24-48 hours.

 

2. Pricing and Payments

 

All prices display in Hong Kong Dollar, excluding taxes/shipping unless stated. Final totals appear before submission. We accept payment methods: credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer (if available to your countries). Payments process securely upon acceptance; no charge until then. Prices may change without notice pre-acceptance.

 

3. Shipping and Delivery

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on regions, e.g., Hong Kong, Asia, international. Estimated delivery times provide post-acceptance via email/WhatsApp (e.g., 14-21 days local, 14 - 21 days for Asia and International shipping). Delays from carriers, customs, or force majeure events release us from liability. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier handover; track via provided links.

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in original packaging. Initiate via email/WhatsApp with order details/photo. Restocking fees ([e.g., 10%]) may apply. Refunds process within 15 business days after approval, minus shipping/handling. No returns on  personalized/perishables. All sales final post-return window.

 

5. Customer Obligations

 

You warrant accurate checkout info (name, address, contact). Maintain message receipt capability for email/WhatsApp. Comply with applicable laws; export restrictions apply. No abusive conduct toward staff.

 

6. Limitations of Liability

 

We disclaim indirect/consequential damages. Total liability caps at order value. Site/products provided "as is"; no warranties beyond description.
